Welcome to BiscuitDesigns. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing this website and placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
1. Order Placement
All orders must be placed online through our official website. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all custom details, including spelling, size, and design placement, before proceeding to payment. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, changes may not be possible.
2. Payment
All prices are listed and payments must be made in Great British Pounds (GBP). We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout. Production begins only after successful payment processing.
3. Production Times
As our items are made-to-order, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current demand. Estimated production times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control (such as postal strikes or weather) are not our responsibility. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred for international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
For information regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges, please refer to our separate Refund Policy page. The conditions stated therein apply to all orders placed with BiscuitDesigns.
6. Limitation of Liability
BiscuitDesigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the item in question.
