Made to Order Policy
At BiscuitDesigns, every item is made to order specifically for you. Before shipping, we carefully check every order to ensure all instructions have been followed, including the exact print placement, colours, and design details, ensuring the print is made exactly as approved. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, selection of the wrong size, or custom design choices made during the ordering process.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in our craft, but if your item arrives damaged—such as being ripped, misprinted, or having a major defect—we want to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the problem.
Legal Information
This policy applies to all orders placed through BiscuitDesigns and is designed to comply with UK consumer law regarding custom-made and personalized goods, which are exempt from standard distance selling cancellation rights.
